Fixed Route
Ruchika travels from destination A (Dwarka) to destination B (Safdarjung Enclave) everyday at a fixed time.
This information will be fed into the computer. Now, through our dynamic ‘ride match’ selection process we will find a match who travels everyday within the same landmarks, in the same time period, is of the same gender, if preferred and matching with Ruchika’s personal preferences as mentioned by her (like not wanting smokers as co-travellers). Now, the next logical question is who are these people with whom Ruchika can car pool suitably? They are also registered members of Mega Car Pool with or without cars of their own.
Now, how does Ruchika benefit by sharing her car with people? She earns credits for the number of KM she gives lifts to the matches found for her. Now she is stress free as she don’t have to drive everyday and can take lift from other Mega Car Pool club member.
Alternatively, if Ruchika doesn’t want to take a lift from someone else, she can forward her credits to any of her family member who is a part of Mega Car Pool. That person can use these reward points for his own rides with Mega Car Pool. But for this, Ruchika has to earn points for at least 1,000 km.
Ruchika can forward reward points even to members who don't own a car. Such members who don't own a car and yet a part of Mega Car Pool, are called ‘ride matches’. They can be members only when they are referred by members owning cars. Ruchika can get in touch with such members through our computer database, in case, she wants to forward her reward points in the form of credits to these members.
